COMMON QUESTION: CAN I REALLY ATTEND ALL SESSIONS FOR THE ONE OFF PRICE OF MEMBERSHIP?

ANSWER: YES!

Here at SUWGC we offer a range of training options for all types of Grappling and Wrestling styles. Regardless of experience we have a class suited for everyone

If you’re new to the Sydney Uni Wrestling and Grappling Club check out our classes below:

A typical class is split into three sections: the warm up, the drills and sparring. The drills take up the bulk of the lesson where you learn skills to use in real life scenario and sparring. You can expect to be challenged physically, mentally and make a friend or two.
